Snaggle features an all-star lineup of young players, including the fastest drummer in the entire world, who have played with many of Canada’s greatest jazz masters and represent the next generation of Canadian musical talent. After an album release, as well as two years of performing in the GTA and southern Ontario, Snaggle has developed into an energetic and exciting band, featuring a repertoire of dynamic and entirely original material. Their unique sound is steeped in the jazz tradition, although their music reveals a variety of influences including rock, funk, dance, metal and R&B, all of which have inspired Snaggle to present its own brash statement for the jazz fusion legacy. This eclectic mix has enabled them to connect with audiences in unlikely places such as rock and blues venues, but where they feel most at home is performing at the jazz venues of Toronto.
