The Prime Rib Big Band usually performs as an 11-piece powerhouse ensemble that delivers an eclectic mix of big band swing with soul. For their appearance at Jazz In Merrickville, they will play as a sextet – hence The Prime Rib Short Band – but still deliver their classic sound and Prime Rib sizzle. The repertoire features original material by Ed re-worked by him especially for the Jazz In Merrickville set.
