Douglas Moyle is a professional vocalist performing The Great American Song Book.
On the occasion of Frank Sinatra's 100th birthday, he produced a tribute show honoring the life and work of the greatest entertainer of the twentieth century, that is called “100 Years Yours, Frankly!” and performed with the Doug Moyle Quintet at the Fourth Stage of the National Art Center.
Again from the Great American Songbook, his repertory also includes melodies made famous by Dean Martin, Mel Torme, Nat King Cole and other big names of that time.
He has had the pleasure to perfom on many stages in Toronto, Ottawa, Gatineau and Montreal, such as Options Jazz Lounge (Brookstreet Hotel, Kanata), the five-star hotel Couples Resort (Algonquin Park), Diese Onze Live Jazz Bar (Montreal) and at the NAC' s Fourth Stage (Ottawa).
